At Kanaktantu, we are committed to delivering your favorite ethnic pieces as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your product will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days across India. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee of ₹60 may apply on orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship all over India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime from the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed and appreciate your patience.
